Hi, I think it would be extremely useful with an integration management view where I can see which systems I'm connected to, what the endpoints are and which forms are connected to which 3rd party. I would also like to be able to disconnect and reconnect in that interface. I'm trying to move an Salesforce integrated form from a sandbox environment to a production environment. It's impossible to know where my form is connecting!

Hi Salesforce,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Let me help you with that:
Currently, Jotform does not have a dedicated integration management view where you can see all connected systems, endpoints, and forms linked to third parties in one place. Also, there is no interface to disconnect or reconnect integrations directly from such a view.
For moving a Salesforce integrated form from a sandbox to a production environment, you will need to manually update the integration settings in your form. This involves re-authenticating and mapping your form fields to the correct Salesforce environment in the form's integration settings under the Settings > Integrations tab.
If you need detailed steps on how to integrate or update Salesforce integration on your form, I can provide those as well.
Let us know if you want the step-by-step guide for this process.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

No, if I could see what I'm doing it would be easy but no such view exists unfortunately.

Hi Salesforce,
Thanks for your feedback. Currently, Jotform does not offer a centralized integration management view to see all connected systems and endpoints or to manage connections directly.
For moving your Salesforce integrated form from sandbox to production, you will need to manually update the integration settings by re-authenticating and mapping fields to the correct environment in the form's Settings > Integrations tab.
If you want, I can guide you through the steps to update your Salesforce integration.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi salesforce654,
Currently, Jotform does not have a centralized integration management interface where you can see all connected systems, endpoints, and forms linked to third parties, nor an interface to disconnect or reconnect integrations directly from one view.
For moving your Salesforce integrated form from sandbox to production, you need to manually update the integration settings in your form. This manual update ensures your form connects to the correct Salesforce environment. Unfortunately, there is no visual overview of all integrations or endpoints in one place at this time.
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
