Is there a way to create a question where you can match two items.

Example "Match the location with the percentage"

I need a movable field for the percent and for the location.

    Hi Calie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You might consider using Input Table to create matching questions. Let me show you a sample set up:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left side.

    2. Select Input Field element, and add it to the form.
