Redirect to an external link is not available for me.

Hello Jotform Support,

I have a paid Jotform account, and I need to redirect users to a custom URL (our company’s website onboarding/thank-you page) after they complete a form.

I’ve followed the usual instructions:

• Go to Settings → Thank You Page
• Choose “Redirect to external link”

But in my account, this option does not appear — I only see the standard Thank You page editor, with no redirect settings.

I also confirmed in your video tutorials and help docs that the redirect option should be available for paid plans.

Can you please check:

1. Why the Redirect to external link option is not showing for me?
2. If this is a limitation on my account or a setting that needs to be enabled on your side?
3. How I can set the redirect to my company website (instead of just the built-in Thank You page)?

This is critical for my onboarding process, as I need carriers to flow directly into our website after submitting their profile.

It's because this option is different in the Card Form, but all users have this feature. Let me walk you through setting that up:

1. In Form Builder, scroll down to the bottom of your Form.

2. Hover your mouse over the bottom part of the form, and then click on the Edit Thank You Page button.

3. In the menu that opens, select Redirect to an external link after submission, and then enter the URL into the URL field.

4. To save it, just click anywhere in the Form Builder page.
