Hi lperakis,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to add a credit card processing fee if form fillers select Credit Card as the payment type, you can add a Number element, then set conditions using Update/Calculate Field and Show/Hide elements. Then update your Form Calculation formula to include the value in the total calculation. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left side.
2. Select a Number element, and add it to the form and label it accordingly.
4. Click on the Plus symbol then click on Add field button and select the Number field you added.
5. Once done, make sure to click the Save button.
7. Click on the Add Condition button and select Update/Calculate Field and Show/Hide elements.
As an example, I used 50 as the amount for the credit card processing fee.
