No se puede usar la dirección de correo en la cuenta

    Buenos días,

    Tengo una cuenta de Jotform a la cual le quiero cambiar el correo asociado a esa cuenta por otro.

    El caso, es que tuve otra cuenta (que eliminé) con el correo con el quiero asociar ahora mi cuenta actual entonces se me presenta el siguiente problema:

    Cuando cambio el correo en mi cuenta actual, me aparece que ese correo ya está asociado a una cuenta de jotform, pero cuando intento entrar en la otra cuenta con el correo, me aparece que esa cuenta ha sido eliminada.

    ¿Me podéis ayudar a hacer ese cambio?

    Now, coming back to your question, when an email is tied to a deleted account, it can still show up as in use, which prevents it from being reassigned. To help you move forward, I’ve reactivated the deleted account associated with gestion@arteycomunicaciones.com. This will allow you to log in and update the email address there to something else, freeing it up for use on your current account.
