Emails With PDF Attachment Not Coming Through

    Hi there , all the forms with workflows that have email with attachments are not coming through ,can you please help? and give a reason why this is not working because final submissions are not coming through

    The issue with emails containing PDF attachments not coming through can happen due to attachment size limits. Jotform limits file attachments to 5MB, and some email clients also have restrictions on attachment sizes. As a workaround, you can include a download link to the PDF instead of attaching the file directly.

    Here’s how to include a PDF download link in your email notifications:

    1. Go to the Settings tab in your Form Builder.
    2. Select Emails from the left menu.
    3. Edit the notification or autoresponder email by clicking the pencil icon.
    4. Add the PDF Link tag {pdf-link} in the email content where you want the link to appear.
    5. Save your changes.

    This method helps avoid issues with large attachments and ensures your final submissions come through.
