Emails delayed by 12hours for forms

    Good Day,

    we are an emergency service and submit a form daily to show what crews are manning emergency vehicles. This gets sent to the National Emergency Communications Center and the form is being submitted, however no emails are sent to the operations center. I see this is a reported issue in last 24hr however it’s urgent for this to be rectified. Please let me know when this will be sorted out as a matter of urgency

    Our Developers are aware of this, and they’re working on it right now. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s fixed. In the meantime, share the link to the form where emails are not being sent upon submission so we can take a closer look. You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
