even if i trying to download from customize pdf page also doesn't work. The PDF downloaded is empty.

Hi Carousell,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
It seems you are experiencing server instability affecting PDF downloads from submissions and slow form submission processing. Occasionally, Jotform may have temporary server issues or high traffic, which are usually resolved quickly by the developers. You can check the status anytime at the Jotform status page.
For downloading PDFs, make sure you are following the correct steps: In Jotform Inbox or Tables, select the entries, then click Download and choose the PDF option. If the PDF is empty or not downloading, it might be related to the temporary server issue.
Please try again later as these issues are often resolved shortly. If the problem persists, consider clearing your form cache or checking your internet connection for stability.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Jotform Support -

Hi oxluxe,
I tested my form's submission table but I wasn't able to replicate the issue. I was able to view my table and download them as PDF. Perhaps there was a temporary issue that could have resolved itself. I've gone ahead and cleared your form's cache which should help. Can you try logging in again using a different browser and viewing your form submissions again? If the same thing happens again, let us know and we'll investigate what's happening further.
