Hi, we use your forms for booking children into our holiday programme and all day long we have been getting reports about it crashing. This has resulted in many many repeated forms in an attempt to get it submited. They complete our form and get to the end and the submit button/function freezes and crashes on them. We have tried to clear cache, check intergrations (there is none) and check other settings. We have even cloned a new form to start fresh but we are still getting reports of it crashing!
PLEASE can we get some urgent support on how to fix this??
The original form link is: https://form.jotform.com/251938796526878 which is now disabled.
The new form which is still crashing is: https://form.jotform.com/252357980495874

Hi Whakatipu,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding the crashing issue with your booking forms, here’s how to troubleshoot:
- Clear your form cache: Sometimes old cache causes freezing or crashing. You can clear it from your account settings.
- Check your internet connection: Ensure a stable connection as network issues can cause disconnections during submission.
- Keep forms concise: Long forms may cause timeouts or freezing. Consider shortening the form if possible.
- Disable any conflicting widgets: Since the booking calendar widget is involved, try temporarily removing or replacing it to see if the issue persists.
- Test cloned forms: You mentioned cloning the form; ensure no custom scripts or integrations are causing conflicts.
If the form is disabled, you will need to enable it again after fixing the issue.
Give these steps a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Jotform Support -
