We are getting the attached error messages when trying to submit forms that have attached files. This is occuring with our form called Event Report Form (https://form.jotform.com/holleyt/event-report-form) with 3 different staff members on different internet connections.
I just tried to attach the screen shots of the errors and this form wont allow me to do it either, might be a bigger problem than just my form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the screenshots were not attached successfully. Can you post it again in the thread by following this guide? In the meantime, I've cloned your form and I got this error:
Are you getting the same error message? If not, do we have your permission to do a test submission on your form?
Once you get back to us, we can take the next step toward solving this.

Hi Tracey,
I was able to view your screenshots now, and can confirm that we're experiencing the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Thanks for patiently waiting. We've just heard back from our developers, and they stated that the issue is resolved now, so it should all work properly. Can you give it another try and get back to us if you encounter any issues?
