    Hi,

Is there a way to download all the completed forms in a project at once. Presently, I can only see that you can download each one. In large projects, that's a real time waister.

    Thanks
    David

    Hi Playground_Atypical,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Here’s how to download all completed forms as PDFs at once:

    1. Go to My Forms and select your form.
    2. Click on Submissions to open Jotform Tables.
    3. Click the Download button in the upper-right corner.
    4. Choose PDF format and select to download all submissions.

This will create a zip file with all submission PDFs and send it to your registered email. The process may take some time depending on the number of submissions.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi Playground_Atypical,

You can find My Forms by logging into your Jotform account and going to this page: https://www.jotform.com/myforms/. This page lists all your forms. You can also check the Archive and Trash folders on the lower left side of the page if you don't see your form immediately.

Give it a try and let us know if you need more help.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

It's actually an E-Sign document, not a form.

    Hi Playground_Atypical,

Since it's an E-Sign document, you can manage and download your signed documents from the Sign Inbox. Go to My Sign Documents, select your document, and open the Sign Inbox. From there, you can download completed signed documents.

Alternatively, in Jotform Tables, you can access signed documents alongside your data. Select the signed document column, then download the PDFs individually or in bulk by selecting submissions and using the Download menu.

Give it a try and let us know if you need further assistance.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi Playground_Atypical,

You can access Jotform Tables by opening your form or E-Sign document and clicking on the Submissions button. This will open the table view where you can manage and download your data.

If you don't see the Submissions button, try going to My Forms or My Sign Documents, select your document, and look for the Submissions option there.

Let me know if you need more guidance.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi Playground_Atypical,

In Jotform Tables, to download all submissions as PDFs, select multiple entries using the checkboxes, then click the Download button and choose PDF format. This will download the selected submissions as individual PDFs in a zip file.

If you don't see this option, please ensure you have the latest version of Jotform Tables or try accessing it from a different browser.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi Playground_Atypical,

If you only see options to download CSV or Excel in Jotform Tables, the bulk PDF download for E-Sign documents may not be available there. Instead, try downloading signed documents individually from the Sign Inbox.

Go to My Sign Documents, open the Sign Inbox for your document, and download the PDFs one by one or in smaller batches.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi Playground_Atypical,

Currently, Jotform does not support bulk downloading all completed E-Sign documents as PDFs in one go. You will need to download them individually or in smaller batches from the Sign Inbox.

We understand this can be time-consuming for large projects, and your feedback is valuable for future improvements.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

Valuable to an AI assistant? Or, actually to a person who might consider this as a very useful add on?

    Hi Playground_Atypical,

Your feedback is important and will be passed on to our product team for consideration. We appreciate your suggestion for a bulk PDF download feature for E-Sign documents, as it would indeed be very useful.

    Hi Playground_Atypical,

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
