Workflow Glitch

    Hi,

    Our JotForm workflow process has stopped working. I am now having to do a 4 step approval to approve/deny submissions. I have checked the work flow and can see nothing has changed. Usually once a client submits a form, I check all details and either approve or deny - a 1 step process.

    Do you know why this is happening?

    I just heard back from our Developers. They've now solved this issue, so it should be working fine now. Can you give it a try and see how it goes?
