submit.jotform refuse to connect issue

    we are experiencing lengthy delays with downloading submissions of our forms.
    What would normally take seconds its taking 2 - 5 minutes. On top of that it sometimes does not download it at all.

    We need urgent assistance please.

    we are not experiencing further delays and now the following message is appearing "submit.jotform refuse to connect" the issue has gotten bad to worse.

    If not resolved ASAP i will be requesting compensation for loss of work.

    Hello Cecilia,

    Is this a whole system outage ?
    And will we be compensated for this error as the issue has been occurring since 9am in Australia.

    This is a whole working day that has been interrupted.
