Second Signer Didn’t Receive Email

    Hello

    I sent a sign document but the second signer cannot find the email

    Is there a way to send a link to them ?

    You can resend the signing link to the second signer by going to your document's Sign Inbox. There, select the document and find the option to resend the invitation email to the signer. Alternatively, you can share a public link to the document from the Share tab in Sign Builder by creating and copying the link, then sending it directly to the signer.

    Hi Desma,

    You can send a reminder email to the signer of the document. Let me show you how:

    1. In Sign Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon next to the Jotform logo on the top left side of the page.
    2. In the window that opens, click on Inbox.
    3. In Sign Inbox, on the top right side of the page, click on the Send Reminder Email button.
    4. In the window that opens, select Send.

    If the email still not visible in the inbox, ask the signer to check the spam/trash folder and see how it goes. If found, mark it as not spam. Also, whitelist Jotform's IP addresses and domains to your email and add noreply@formresponse.comnoreply@jotform.comnoreply@jotmail.com to your contacts list.

    We were having the same problem. Added Jotform to the email whitelist, bounce list check, etc.


    Here's what I think our issue was: We ended up being able to make it work when we not only set up autoresponder and notifcation emails, but we actually added it in the "Conditions" section as well. Seems redundant, but you actually have to spell out if a field is filled out then that will trigger the emails to send.
