Request to stop email notifications for form submissions

    Hi Jotform Team,

    I would like to request assistance regarding one of my forms. Currently, I receive an email notification each time a candidate fills up the form. However, I would like to stop receiving these notification emails moving forward.

    Could you kindly guide me how to disable this feature or assist in turning it off for that form?

    To stop receiving email notifications for your form submissions, follow these steps:

    1. Go to My Forms and select the form you want to modify.
    2. Click on Settings at the top of the page.
    3. Navigate to Emails on the left panel.
    4. Find the notification email and click the trash icon to delete it or toggle it off.

    This will disable email notifications for that form.

    Thank you for your guidance. Actually I have already followed the steps provided to remove/disable the notification email from the form settings before. However, I'm still receiving email notifications whenever a candidate fills up the form.

    For your reference, I have attached a screenshot showing the current settings. Could you kindly check and advise further?

    Since you have already disabled the notification emails but still receive them, please check the following:

    • Ensure there are no additional notification emails set up under the Emails tab in your form settings.
    • Check if your email address is not on Jotform's bounce list in your Account Settings.
    • Verify your spam or junk folder and whitelist Jotform's email addresses and IPs to prevent emails from being filtered.

    If these are all clear, try removing any remaining notification emails again and save the form settings.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the additional suggestions. I have verified the following:

    • There are no other notification emails set under the Emails tab.
    • My email address is not on the bounce list.
    • I’ve checked my spam/junk folder and whitelisted Jotform’s emails.
    • I also tried removing and re-saving the notification settings.

    Despite this, I am still receiving email notifications when candidates fill up the form.

    Thank you for the guidance provided. However, I have already followed all the steps suggested by the AI assistant and the issue still persists.

    Hi Suraya,

    From your screenshot, these emails are linked to the Jotform sign feature that's enabled on your form signature field. Whenever this feature is enabled, a completion notification email is sent to the form owner with a link to the signed document.

    Please share the form URL where you're facing this difficulty so that we can troubleshoot and check this further.
