Hi there, I cloned an old form, made the changes I need and published it but the form says it's closed. How do I change the start and end date of the form?

    Hi TFI,

I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

The form is likely closed because of date limits set on it. To change the start and end date of your form, you need to adjust the date limits in the Date Picker element:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder.
    2. Select the Date Picker field on your form.
    3. Go to the Limits section in the properties panel.
    4. Adjust the Start Date and End Date to your desired range.

This will set the active period for your form submissions. Make sure the dates are set correctly to allow form access.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,

    Hi torontofashionincubator,

I checked the form, and it's now accessible, as shown below:

If you need to change the disablement date, you can go to the Form Settings. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Form Settings on the left side of the screen.
    3. Click on Form Status and select Disable on specific date.
    4. Set the Expiration date and the Warning message, and finally, click on Save below.
