Delay in Downloading PDF Attachment

    Hi, just today it's taking 20 seconds to download PDFs that are linked in emails and one time it was stalling for 1 minute then went to a screen saying "Jotform is currently unavailable". Normally, it takes under 3 seconds. The system is not allowing me to upload a screenshot in this support ticket either. 

    We are noticing it in this form, but I'm not sure if it's across all PDF downloads:

    Is this something you can fix on our account, or is it a Jotform-wide issue?

    I tried another form just now (https://form.jotform.com/252318690886065) and it is not even sending the email. Can you please check?

    your status page https://status.jotform.com/ is showing all green so could be just issue for us.
