Our form is not sending confirmation emails and its PDF file

    We have been hosting our registration form by your service for a few years and have never ran into this problem. We usually receive a confirmation email from your service when a athlete register for the show. We are currently only receiving the PayPal invoice but but no information about the athlete. We need this resolved as soon as possible.

    We were having the same problem. Added Jotform to the email whitelist, bounce list check, etc.


    Here's what I think our issue was: We ended up being able to make it work when we not only set up autoresponder and notification emails, but we actually added it in the "Conditions" section as well. Seems redundant, but you actually have to spell out if a field is filled out then that will trigger the emails to send.
