    Hi fireops,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To have a central list that multiple forms can pull from, so you only need to make changes once, you can use the Field Manager App. This app allows you to edit a field on one form and then copy that field into other forms, streamlining your updates across multiple forms.

You can use the Field Manager integration to easily clone fields from one form to another in Jotform. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Log in to your Jotform Account and go to the Field Manager page.

    2. Click on Manage Fields and in the window that opens, click on Allow.

    3. Next, click on Open a Form to Begin, select the form whose fields you want to clone, and then click on Continue at the bottom-right of the window.

    4. Then, click on Open a Second Form to Clone Fields and select the target form where the fields will be cloned and click on Continue.

    5. Next, select the fields you want to clone from the first form, and click on the Blue Arrow to clone the fields to the second form.

Additionally, you can connect forms within your account using Jotform Tables. This lets you manage submission data from multiple forms in one place and create lookups or rollups that update in real-time.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.
