In upgrading your plan, you can select either a monthly or a yearly subscription. Your subscription will automatically be renewed each month for monthly plans and each year for yearly plans unless you cancel. Jotform offers a 30 Day Money-back policy. If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your account within 30 days of your payment made directly to Jotform, you are eligible for a refund. You can file your request here. Keep in mind that once your paid subscription is canceled, your account will be downgraded to a Starter plan. This plan has different usage and limits.
