Can my account be unbanned?

Hello. I am creating an education app and I created a login form that has a password for restricted access. My IP got banned because it thought that I'm using these forms to get passwords from users. I'd like to know/ask if my IP address can be unbanned. Thank you very much

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked, our system shows that the email used to create this ticket is not linked to any Jotform account. Can you share with us the email address linked to the account in question? Or the link of the app that you are creating so we can locate the account?
