Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. In many cases, this happens when the form is embedded on a website and the site’s own CSS or layout affects how the button is displayed. Could you please share with us the website URL where your form is embedded? This will help us check if the site’s CSS is overriding the form’s styles. Once we know the embed location, we can provide the exact CSS or adjustments you’ll need to correct the button display.

Same is happening to the other embedded form:
Can you let us know what browser are you using, and if the issue persists can you try using another browser for testing? Let us know the outcome so we'll have a better idea of what's going on.
