Another question on this for is the Email Validator. Is there a way to shorten the CODE? It's very long and may distract the readers. Please see the above screenshot.

    Hi Shulammite,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the option to shorten the verification code generated by the E-mail Validator widget is not available at this time. However, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

If you want, you can also use the basic email element on your form, then you can enable Confirmation Field to show a second field for the email confirmation. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Email element and click the Gear icon.

    2. Go to the Options tab and toggle the slider to On for Confirmation Field. You can also set up the Confirmation Placeholder.

Can you shorten the validation code in the validation email? Image 1 Screenshot 20 Screenshot 10

Also, you can use the XVerify Email widget, which allows you to verify the user's email address. You need to have an XVerify account to get the API and use it in your XVerify widget.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Interestingly enough, the Confirmation field is MISSING.

    Please advise.

    Hi Shulammite,

I checked your form and saw that you're using a Short Text field instead of the Email Element. Check out my screencast below to see the result:

Make sure that you add the Email Element into your form, as suggested by my colleague Mafe_M above this thread.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
