Hi cfimenlo,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form, and the first and last names on the payment field, and they are aligned. I've shared a screencast of your form below for reference:
The credit card fields are already aligned by default, but sometimes they may appear misaligned if the Stripe iframe doesn’t fully render. This can happen due to cached browser data, extensions interfering, or a partial load of Stripe’s scripts. If the form is embedded on a website, try the direct form link. If the alignment issue only appears in the embed, re-embed the form using the iframe code. Clear Cache or Try Incognito Mode. Open your form in a private or incognito window. If it looks correct there, clear your browser’s cached files for jotform.com and stripe.com.
Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
