Approval flow is not active but details shown.

    Hi,,


    In my form i dont have approval flow.

    But in inbox, its shows Completed or in progress or blank under Left hand coloumn of each submission.


    Can you let mw know why?

    Hi Reimbursement_reimbursement,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've cloned your form to check on the issue, and I found that the Workflow was actually active on the form. This was the reason in the Inbox, it shows flow statuses such as Completed, In Progress, or blank approval requests. These statuses typically appear when a form is connected to a workflow. Check out the screencast below for reference:

    If you want to disable or delete the Workflow, you can manually do it. Deleting a Workflow attached to your form is easy. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Workflows.
    3. Hover your mouse over the workflow you created, click on the Gear icon and click on Delete.

    This will simply move it to the trash, but you can also permanently delete your workflows. To do this, you need to purge the deleted workflow.

    1. While in Form Builder, in the Workflows tab, click on the Gear icon again and select Purge
    2. Then, in the Confirmation window that pops up, click on Confirm. That's it.
