Can you try switching to a different internet connection, such as mobile data, to check if the issue is related to your current network? Since you mentioned the form times out when reaching the reCAPTCHA step, one possible cause could be cached data interfering with the form load.Clearing your Form Caches often helps resolve this. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.

Hello, I am an independent user and do not have access to clear the form's cache. I still cannot get the form to work. When I submit the document I get the waiting circle then it times out and says Jotform is unavailable, and maybe network issues etc. then a recaptcha shows up and the same thing happens if you attempt to complete that. ...

Can you try using a private/incognito browser window and see how it goes? Also, disable browser extensions temporarily, especially ad blockers or privacy tools, which can sometimes block reCAPTCHA scripts. Use a different network public Wi-Fi or a hotspot, just to test if the issue is network-related.

Hi, I tried on my phone with cellular data, used the incognito window. restarted my computer, cleared all internet caches.. Still I get that a message that says Jotform is unavailable,please try again later. Most likely causes excessive site load, server down for maintenance, network issues. ...
