Request to reset monthly submission limit

    Hi Jotform Support Team,

    I’ve been trying to set up my form integration with MailerLite, but unfortunately, despite hiring two people to assist, I still haven’t been able to get the connection working correctly. As a result, all of my free email quota was used up only for testing—before I was even able to launch the form officially.

    Right now I feel stuck because I haven’t been able to actually use Jotform as intended, yet I’m already at my limit. Would it be possible to kindly reset my account or extend my free quota so I can continue testing until I get this working properly?

    I really like the potential of Jotform, but at the moment it’s been quite difficult to get started. A reset would give me a fair chance to fully test before I commit.

    if u have any instructions how to do this pls advise. this is really hard get this to work.

    Hi Adila,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I did check your form https://form.jotform.com/252185689489478 and it looks like you've successfully connected it with MailerLite. Can you confirm if you're still having issue with the integration? Does it not send the submission to MailerLite even though it's correctly integrated? If so, then I would suggest you remove the integration and add it back again to see if it'll help with the issue.

    As for your free email quota, I assume you're referring to your account's monthly submission limit. Since you're using a Starter plan, you can only receive up to 100 submissions per month, and currently, you've used 67 submissions for this month already. We're unable to reset it, unfortunately. You will have to wait for the monthly reset to occur or upgrade your account to increase the limits. You can easily check your account's monthly reset date in Jotform. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.

    2. Go to Usage in the menu on the left, and beside the Monthly Usage section, you’ll see your limit reset date.

    Underneath your reset date, you'll see there your account's usage and limit as well.
