Hi,
I’ve encountered an issue with the AI Agent → Escalate to Human tool:
Steps to Reproduce- Open the Escalate to Human tool in the AI Agent.
- Enable "Send Email".
- Enter multiple recipient emails.
- Save the Email Settings.
- Save the Escalate to Human tool settings.
- Leave the page.
- Return to the Escalate to Human tool and check the Email Recipient List.
Only the default account email is saved. All other entered recipient emails are erased.
Expected ResultThe email recipient list should persist after saving and leaving the page.
Could you take a look at this when you get a chance?

Hi Kofi,
I checked the Escalate to Human tool, and the behavior you’re seeing is due to how the feature is currently designed. Currently, it only saves the primary account email as the escalation recipient. Additional email addresses that are entered don’t persist after saving, so when you return to the tool, only the main account address appears.
If you need multiple recipients to receive escalation notices, a good workaround is to use your form’s Notification Email settings, where you can add several recipients directly. Another option is to set up a shared email group or alias like support@yourcompany.com that automatically forwards to your team members. This way, you only need to save one address in the Escalate tool while still ensuring everyone gets notified.
While that feature isn’t available in Jotform right now, I’ve sent your request to our Developers for review. When or if it gets developed will depend on their current workload, how possible it is, and how much demand there is from other users. If/when we have any updates, we’ll follow up here and keep you posted.

Thanks for clarifying Kenneth I understand now why the extra emails aren’t being saved I’ll try setting up a shared group address so the whole team gets the notifications Hopefully this feature can be added in the future since it would make the workflow much easier Appreciate you forwarding the request to the developers

Thanks for flagging this, Kofi! Clear steps and expected vs. actual results are super helpful. I’ll log this for the team so they can investigate why additional recipient emails aren’t persisting after save.
