    Hello,

I'm having a hard time getting the autoresponder email that clients receive to look visually appealing.

It looks ok when I build it but then I registered myself to my own email list and especially on mobile, it just doesn't look good.

I looked on YouTube but couldn't successfully find any good tutorials.

    Can you please suggest something?

    Best,

    Nati Franco

    Hi Nati,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Here are some suggestions to improve the layout across devices.

In the email editor, structure out the content by inserting new tables/rows rather than relying on spacing, as this will keep a more consistent layout on mobile. For more bespoke requirements, you can look to inject custom css in the source code section of the email editor to polish the design further.

Please let us know if you require any assistance with the custom CSS.
