Phone number field: Country code field input is not showing

I tried to update the phone number element on my form to include the country code but it still not updating. I also published the form, and it still was not showing the added country code element I enabled.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You will need to disable the Input Mask option in the phone number field, to effectively enable country code. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, select the Phone number field and click on its Gear icon.

2. In the right panel, go to the Options tab.

3. Lastly, disable Input Mask.
