Hello,
How can i create a .pdf to look exactly like the screenshot. When i created a new .pdf it looks nothing like the form. I want the tables side by side on one page. The .pdf currently has each table on a separate page. Id this possible to do?
Thank you

Hi Melanie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
To create a PDF that mirrors your form layout with tables side by side on one page, unfortunately, Jotform's PDF editor currently places each table on a separate page by default. There isn't an option to arrange tables side by side on the same page in the PDF output.
You might consider customizing your form layout or using the PDF Editor to adjust elements, but exact side-by-side table placement on a single PDF page is not supported at this time.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hi Melanie,
You can download a PDF file copy of the fillable form. Doing this is easy, let's walk through this using a cloned form:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on PDF.
- Click on the Download button, and you'll be redirected to the PDF Editor.
- A pop-up message stating any changes made on the fillable PDF file copy will apply to form elements. Then click on the Continue button.
- Hit the Download button on the upper-right to download the fillable PDF file.
The fillable PDF file may not actually look like the form, but it will show the fillable form element. Another thing is if you added widgets on your form, they won't show in the fillable PDF file. A helpful guide about this is on this link.
