Unable to change primary email address of Jotform account

    I am trying to change the email associated with my account and am receiving an error message. I want to change the email to gallery@studio55martinez.com and the message says that email is already associated with a different jotform account, which it's not, as far as I know.

    Hi Studio55Martinez,

    An email address can only be linked to one Jotform account. The email address gallery@studio55martinez.com is used to another Jotform account. Although it was deleted, it will take 0 days for the Jotform account to be permanently purged from our system. As a workaround, I've reactivated the Jotform account tied to gallery@studio55martinez.com. You'll need to free it up by changing the email address of the account to any other one.

    Once you confirmed the email address gallery@studio55martinez.com is free, you can now use it to replace the current email address of the other Jotform account. A helpful guide about changing email addresses is on this link.
