Hello! I've forwarded your suggestion as a feature request to the Backend team. If this gets implemented, we'll let you know via an email under this thread.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

We are thrilled to announce our new implementation Labels which enables organizing all asset types in your workspace! With labels, now you can categorize different types of assets into a single category. Different from the Folder structure, multiple asset types (Forms, AI Agents, Tables, Apps, Sign Documents, Workflows, Reports, and Boards) can be labeled. Also, a single asset can have multiple labels. Check the screenshot below to learn how labels work:

    1. Creating Labels:

    • In My Workspace page, click on Add Label in the menu on the left.
    • Enter a name for your label.
    • Then click on the Three Dots icon to customize it.
    • You can create a new asset under that label by directly clicking on Create. Tables view: Request to implement folder functionality similar to the forms for easy organization Image 1 Screenshot 40

    2. Adding Labels to Assets

    • To label your assets, go to your Workspace, and click on the asset.
    • Then click on Label as on the top of the page.
    • You can select multiple assets at once and add a label.
    • You can also select one asset and add multiple labels. Tables view: Request to implement folder functionality similar to the forms for easy organization Image 2 Screenshot 51

    3. Creating Sublabels

    • Click on the Three Dots icon next to your label.
    • Then click on Add Sublabel. Tables view: Request to implement folder functionality similar to the forms for easy organization Image 3 Screenshot 62

You can create maximum number of 100 labels and maximum 4 sublabel levels in depth.
