So I have an application form and we need a system to review the applications. Each reviewer needs to review 1/2 of the applications and each application needs 2 reviewers. I want to be able to assign specific applications in the workflow process or have it automatically distribute the load. I am wondering if this is possible to do with the workflow integration and if I could schedule a call with someone to walk me through it??

    Hi Lauren,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We don’t offer phone support, but I’ll guide you through everything right here. As to your concern, yes, it is possible to achieve that using workflow. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Then, click on Workflows on the left panel and then click on Create Workflow.
    3. Add an Approve/Sign element to the Workflow and click on the Gear icon then add the email addresses of the reviewers on the Signers field.

    5. Lastly, connect them together then add an End element and connect the Email elements you added.

Thanks for the fast reply! So I can get to that point but how do I
differentiate or ensure how everyone is splitting the reviewing load
equally and is there a way to log the approve/denies in the workflow so
that we can discuss the decisions?

    Hi Lauren,

Can you explain a bit more on how you want the splitting of the reviewing load to happen so we can provide you with a more accurate answer? Do you have any filters to distribute the submissions to each reviewer? If you can provide more details on the workflow you want to achieve, we can help you work on a solution.

Regarding the logging of approve or denies, the approval status will show up in the submissions table if you need to review it:
