Thanks,Sasha

Hi Sasha,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Jotform charges users in U.S. dollars or euros depending on location. Since you are now in the US, your subscription will be charged in U.S. dollars moving forward. You can update your billing information and payment method on your account's Billing page to ensure payments are processed correctly.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Jotform Support -

I updated the credit card, but it won't let me update the country of my business...I did update the street address though...

Hi Sasha,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your Jotform account and saw the annual Bronze subscription just renewed using CAD. I've reached out to the relevant team to ask for details about updating the payment option for the Jotform subscription.
Thank you for your patience and understanding; we appreciate it.

Hi Sasha,
I appreciate your patience. The relevant team responded and told us, moving forward, the renewal of the subscription will be USD. You can now update your payment option on your Jotform account. You can easily update your credit card information in just a few steps. Let's walk through this together:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.
2. Go to Billing in the menu on the left, and click on the Manage Payment Methods button.
3. In the window that opens, click on Add New Payment Method.
4. Then, enter your credit card details, select the Set As Primary option and click on Add New Payment Method.
Your payment method is now updated. The most recent one will appear as Primary, while the previous one will be saved as a Backup Payment Method. Check the screenshot below to see how it should look:
