I have a form that is currently connected to Stripe Checkout. I want to give my customers the option to pay now or submit the form without payment.

To allow your customers to either pay now via Stripe Checkout or submit the form without payment, you can add a payment option that lets users skip payment. One way is to use Stripe's Charge Customer Immediately setting and toggle it off, so customers can submit without immediate payment. Alternatively, you can add a separate submission button or condition to let users submit without paying.

Hi Norman,

You can easily charge your customers for products or services at a later date. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on your Product List field, and click on the Wand icon (If you have a Product List without a payment gateway, the icon will be a Shopping Cart icon).
2. In the menu on the right side of the page, click on the Gear icon in the top-right corner.
3. Next, click on Additional Gateway Settings, scroll down to Charge Customer Immediately, and toggle it Off.
4. Then, click on Continue on the bottom-right side of the screen.

This will authorize the payment and won't charge the customer right away after submitting the form. Now, let me show you how to capture the authorized payments:

1. While in Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the top-left side of the page and select Tables.
2. In the Jotform Submission Table, find the submission you want to charge for, and click on Charge Now under the Charge Customer column. 
3. Then, in the window that pops up, click on Charge Now again to confirm.
