Hi. I first joined Jotform yesterday. I have invested a few hours in creating my first form. After finishing it and making some tests with my own mail, I just found that my account has been suspended. I have checked your terms of use and I can't see how might I have vulnerated them. Can you help me?
The form that I had created gathered was intended to be shared (by sharing the link to the form) with some of our clients that usually ask us for a collaboration letter form some projects. The form gathered some basic data from the user that receives it (like name, mail, position in the company, project for which collaboration is requested, etc) and then it created a PDF file (the collaboration letter) with the client data that was submitted to him. As you can see, this is by no means anything like phising.
We kindly request you to help us recover the account and the form (that had taken my a few hours of work, as it was my first form with Jotform)
Thanking you in advance,
Daniel Bel

Hi, Estelle:
Thanks for your kind support.
I still can't get back to my account: When I try to log-in again, I get a message saying that I must update my password following the instructions that I will receive in my e-mail. That's fine. I got the e-mail with an 'update password' button & link, but when I click it i got a 404 error: The page agent.jotform.com can't be found.
Can you still help me, please?
