Incorrect Account was Paid

    I think I created a new account but all I wanted to do was pay on our original account.

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. It seems you may have created a new account instead of paying on your original one. Unfortunately, transferring or merging accounts is not possible. However, you can change the email address on the new account to transfer ownership along with submission data, or you can transfer forms with submission data to your original account.
