We are currently searching for a platform that would allow our sales team to submit a Co-Op request. Then have that form routed to an executive that can click Approve, Deny, or Need More Information. However we cannot allow others to view the requests other than the executives.

Hi Marketing Villalva,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. This can be achieved by creating a form and using Jotform Workflows on it. Jotform is an online form builder that provides a number of tools and 10,000+ customized templates. Dragging and dropping features or elements makes it really easy to create forms. I'll help you do it:
1. On your My Workspace page, in the top-left corner of the page, click on Create.
2. Then, click on Form and, select Create From Scratch.
3. On the next page, select Classic form if you want to show multiple form elements on a page, and choose Card form if you want the form elements shown individually on each page of the form.
4. In Form Builder, click on Add Element in the left corner of the page to see the complete list of Form Elements, Payment Gateways, and Widgets.
5. In the menu that opens, drag and drop the Form Elements, Payment Gateway and Widgets you want to use.
After, you create a form, you can create a workflow linked to it:
In Form Builder, click on Settings from the orange tabs.
Select Workflows from the left panel.
Click on Create Workflow button. From there you can start creating your approval flow.
That’s it. Reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hi Lara,
Would the approval form be available for non-Jotform users? Not everyone in our company has access to Jotform. I want to be able to create the form and send it to non users.
Thank you
Mikhail

Hi Isabelle,
Yes, approvers can approve submissions without creating or logging into a Jotform account. You just need to disable the Require login for approver option in the Approval properties. It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
In Workflow Builder, click on the Approval Element field, then click on the Gear icon to open Approval Properties.
In Approval Properties on the right side of the page, scroll down and untick the checkbox next to the Require Login for Approver option.
