Hi Jotform Support, My account was originally created with “Sign in with Google”. I’d like to have the option to log in with email + password as well, instead of being limited to Google sign-in. Could you please decouple the account from Google SSO so I can set a password?
I followed instructions from your chat - go to account settings and unlink google, however resetting password link has been sent multiple times the link takes me to a login screen again.
Can I please have a re-set password link?

Hi Coral, to help you reset your password and decouple your account from Google SSO, could you please provide your email address or username? This will allow us to assist you further with the reset password link issue.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You should be able to create a password by doing a password reset. You mentioned that when you received the password reset email and clicked on the link, it asked you to log in instead of creating a new password. When I checked the email log, it states that your password has been updated, which means you were able to create a new password.
If you forgot that password or did not set the password, I sent a password reset link so you can create a new password. Check your email and follow the instructions. If you are still being brought back to the login page and not the page to create a password, can you take a video recording starting from the time you click on the link in the email? You can save it to your Google Drive and share the link with us.
