There is no submit button at the bottom of my form

When people go to my form from my website crownedcoverage.com they cannot submit the form. Submit is on the bottom when I am editing it. But there is no submit button when the form is actually live

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I was able to replicate the issue when I cloned your form. I spotted what’s causing it, and there’s an easy fix. Since you have multiple Section Collapse elements with conditions, you need to add a Submit button for each. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, find and add multiple Submit button inside each of Section Collapse elements.
