Can I use an ipad on filling out my forms?

Is there a time someone could call me so I can get this on an ipad for parents to fill out. But I recieve the information on my computer?

You'll need to copy your 2025-26 Welcome to North Cache! form's URL, and paste it in your I-Pad's web-browser. Once you fill out and click on the submit button. That submission data will be stored on the Jotform Tables. This will allow you to view all form submissions. This guide will show you to download submission from Jotform Tables. Let me show you how to get your form's URL:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.

Now, let me walk you through the steps on how to view submission from Jotform Tables:

1. On your My Workspace page, check the box next to the form you want to view submissions for.
2. Then, in the menu on the upper-left side of the page, click on Submissions to see all the submissions for that form in your Tables.
