I currently have over 30,000 items and would like to delete anything that is older then 3 years. What's the best way to do this ?

    Hi Michelle,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Here’s how to delete documents older than 3 years in Jotform:

    1. Go to your Submission Table for the form containing the documents.
    2. Use the Filter option to set a date range that includes only submissions older than 3 years.
    3. Select all filtered submissions and click Delete to move them to Trash.
    4. Go to the Trash and permanently delete these entries to free up space.

This process will help you remove old documents efficiently.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Michelle,

In Jotform Tablesyou can use different filters to find specific submissions based on the date. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Jotform Tables page, next to the Search bar, click on Filter.

    2. In the window that opens, under Advanced Filters, choose Submission Date in the first field.

    3. Next, set the second field to less than, and the third to August 21, 2022.

    4. Then, click on Apply Filter.

    5. From the filtered results, check the checkbox aligned with the column headers.

    6. Then, click Delete on the top-right.

    8. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.

    9. In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.

    10. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Select All button.

    11. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

Note that purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space, but won’t affect other limits.
