I keep getting a message that the account is locked

    There are 2 of us that work on this account, and neither of us can get in, because it keeps telling us that the account is locked.

    The username is: uconn-health-form-testing@mergeworld.com.

    Can someone please get me in? Because the reset emails forward to me. Then, I'll log out and my coworker will get in. She is the one who will actually be creating new forms.

    I could not find any suspended accounts with the username you provided. Please check again to see if your account is already enabled or if you provided the correct username.

    Hi Carol,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I went ahead and reactivated your account. To prevent your account from being locked again, refrain from logging in to your account using multiple devices at the same time. The account is a single-user account and should only be used by 1 user. It will also be locked when you have multiple failed login attempts. with this, I also flushed your login attempts.

    Now, if in case you forgot your password, here's how to reset it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

    3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
