Onedrive: Choose subfolders

There is some way to choose subfolders, for example I want to store in this path store / registrations not in the root

Unfortunately, the integration only creates a parent folder on your root drive and all submissions/subfolders will be created inside it:

Then you can add a subfolder here. This gets created for every submission:
