With the "Appointment" widget - you can arrange appointments directly through your forms. Just add the field to your form and customize the date and time slots to seamlessly schedule and track appointments online.

The Appointment Slots field gives you the chance to customize the slots as well. You can change the single slot duration according to your appointment needs, also set the start and end times, define lunch breaks, limit the maximum number of appointments per day, and even set vacation days in which you would be unavailable to accept appointments.

Use this element to:

• Schedule medical appointments
• Arrange calls
• Receive meeting requests
• Decide interview times
• And more!

Also, we had an update recently and now you can use Conditions to update the Appointment widget too!
