Hello,
I recently took over the IT space here at PedrolloGroupUSA (Formerly Mico-USA) and I'm trying to chase down some loose domains that have MX records.
Do you have a list that I can get of all the domains that are linked to our jotform account?
Thanks!
Chris

Hi Chris,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your request for a list of all domains linked to your Jotform account, there isn't a direct feature in Jotform that provides a comprehensive list of all domains associated with your account. However, if you are using Jotform Enterprise with custom domains, your IT team or account administrator may have set up subdomains linked to Jotform via DNS records (such as CNAME records pointing to your Jotform Enterprise URL).
For detailed information about domains linked through custom domain setup, you might want to check your DNS configurations or contact your Enterprise Support team for assistance in retrieving that information.
Let us know if you need help with anything else.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Chris,
Jotform doesn’t provide a built-in feature to generate a list of all domains linked to your account. By default, all forms are hosted on Jotform’s domains (e.g., jotform.com or region-specific domains like jotformeu.com). If you’ve set up Custom Domains through Jotform Enterprise, you would need to check that setup in your Enterprise admin settings or with your IT team, as only Enterprise accounts support mapping custom domains.
Reach out anytime if you've got more questions.
