I have a disabled jot form. I have used the same procedure and same forms for the past 4 or 5 years. why is this one different and why is it disabled? will this keep happening with every jot form? Why do I have to take a photo of myself with my personal drivers license when this is a business account

    Hi Denise,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Forms can be disabled for various reasons, including if they violate Jotform's Use Restrictions, reach submission limits, or are manually disabled by the account owner. In some cases, forms collecting sensitive data without proper verification may be disabled to comply with regulations and ensure user security.

Regarding the request for a photo with your driver's license, this is part of our Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process to verify account ownership and protect against misuse, especially for business accounts. This verification helps maintain the security and integrity of the platform. It is not something that happens with every form, but may be required based on account activity or data collection practices.

If you prefer not to upload such documents, you can review our Privacy Policy to understand why this information is collected and how it is securely managed.

Let us know if anything else comes up.
