Forms not showing in my account

    I log into my account - I see all of the folders in My workspace but none of the folders have any of my forms.

    I have logged out and back in several times and still see nothing.

    Hi DCMGA,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Let me help you with that:

    If you see folders in My Workspace but no forms inside, try clearing your form cache as it might be a caching issue. Also, ensure you are logged into the correct account where your forms are saved.

    If the issue persists, please check if your forms were transferred or moved, as forms cannot be moved from My Workspace to Shared With Me folder directly.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Tried using your AI agent prior to writing this ticket - it was no help.

    Cleared cache, logged out and back in still no forms.

    Hi DCMGA,

    Let me take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

    5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

    6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.

    Hi DCMGA,

    I reviewed your account and found that you haven’t selected Forms as a type to show on your My Workspace page. Make sure you’ve included Forms as a type to display there. Refer to the screenshot for guidance.

    Thank you - why would it have gone away since I’ve never selected that on any screen

    Hi Becky,

    In My Workspace, the display of different asset types like Forms, Apps, Tables, etc., is controlled by the Type filter as shown by my colleague above. If Forms are not selected in this filter, they won't appear in your workspace view. This setting can sometimes reset or change, which might explain why your forms disappeared from view even though you hadn't manually changed it before.
