We have one user that keeps getting an error when they submit our forms. She has tried two differnt forms and gets an error on both. The error message is not providing any info, just that an error has occurred and then we don't receive the submission.
We have gone through and submitted one of the forms in question, without any issue.Do you have error logs that can be reviewed for account this morning (8/21) to try and get any additional information that we could pass along to the user?

Hi Blake,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding the error your user is encountering when submitting multiple forms, you can review the submission and email logs for your account to gather more information. Here’s how to check the logs:
- Go to your Account History page to view activities related to your forms.
- Use the date filter to select the specific date (e.g., 8/21) to narrow down the logs.
- Set the action filter to 'Emails' to see email delivery statuses and related details.
- Review submission-related logs under the 'Submissions' action filter to check for any errors or issues during form submissions.
This should help identify any errors or issues preventing submissions from being received. If the error message is generic and no submission is recorded, the logs can provide more insight.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Jotform Support -

Hi Blake,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
Also, can you send us the link to the forms that's having the issue so that we can check? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
Once you share the form URL with us, we’ll be able to help you better with this.
